Drive To Dawson
Klondike Gold Rush Highway

After paddling the Yukon river we took a bus back to Whitehorse and drove by to Dawson on the Klondike highway.



Along the way we camped on the west side of Lake Laberge and witnessed an incredible sunset.

At Dawson we drove to the top of the Midnight Dome and watched the sunset over the Yukon river.
The next morning we got ready to leave for the Dempster Highway, but not before we took another trip up the Dome to eat breakfast and see the Keno river boat.
We took a side trip to see Dredge #4, one of the largest dredges in the world. Johann and I took turns at operating the dredge :-)
