Greetings from Hyder, Alaska


We left Prince George with a smile and good weather.



Met up with Dawson Dan & Klondike Kate in Smithers on June 27. Took a short hike up to Glacier Gulch to see some pretty waterfalls.


Stop in Hazelton to see the ‘Kasan native village and took a guided tour of the Long Houses and witnessed many artifacts. Many of which are very beautiful and intricately carved.



We saw our first bear along the Cassiar yesterday and are hoping to see more.

It is raining in Hyder and the forecast doesn’t look good for the next couple of days. We are in good sprits and looking forward to whatever the day brings us.
