More News From Hyder

The RubiKon Warrior all tucked away in the "rain" forrest.

We headed out to the Salmon Glacier. Even though it was rainy, cold and foggy, the views were very breathtaking. The scale was beyond comprehension. This valley was very deep and wide.

Dawson Dan & Klondike Kate offered to drive up in thier van. The road was narrow and strewn with rock fall with nearly vertical dropoffs.

The Salmon glacier is impressive.

To get a sense of scale we tried to get Yukon Johann and Klondike Kate to move towards the edge. They weren't having any of it.

Yukon Johann was demonstrating how he tamed a feared grizzy.

Moments later Dawson Dan demonstrated the fearsome bite of a Grizz.
